30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Items must be in original condition with tags

Proof of purchase is required (order number)
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges (Free)
We’re happy to offer one free exchange per order.
To request an exchange:

Please submit a request through our Contact form at the top menu form with your order number

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement item at no additional cost
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, and items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using Contact form or email at hello@bemmelo.com, and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
Open your order confirmation email and click “View your order.”
From your order page, select “Request return” and submit your request.
Alternatively, you can sign in to your account link and select “Request return” from order.
Once approved, you’ll receive next steps by email.

Return shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $7, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping is free on orders over the applicable threshold.
